Two months ago, I took on the assignment to interview and write an article for F Magazine, about Jon and Jona Van Zyle, Alaska artists, and Siberian Husky lovers. Last week the Fall 2013 issue came out and I met with Jon and Jona again to deliver copies of the magazine and thank them for their tolerance of my use of their time.

We played with the dogs, discussed politics, art, writing, and what the title of F Magazine means on a beautiful fall day in Alaska where the dog's water buckets and the small pond beside the cabin had a crust of ice on them.

Get a copy of the magazine at La Bodega spirits shop on Northern Lights at the Metro Center. They have an excellent selection of wines, and spirits and are two doors up from the new Chocolate House and across from Golden Harvest Bread. How can you go wrong. Doesn't everyone like good Scotch Whisky, chocolate, and fresh warm bread?
