Barnes & Noble Welcomes Misko back to the desert

It is so good to be signing my books at Barnes & Noble in Palm Desert--Weisfield Center at Hwy111 and Monteray--instead of Alaska where my winter tires would get a workout.

If I can move after Thanksgiving, I will be in the front of the store from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. I have a new erasable gel pen too, in case I misspell anyone's name.

Great gift item for birthdays or Christmas for the reader of good fiction. There is a new genre that has crystallized now--literary/commercial fiction. Fits me to a tee.

Just finished my fourth novel and expect to be signing it at a book launch in B&N early April 2014. Great Big 145,000 word opus around two elderly brothers who stand to inherit a ranch on the Platte River in Nebraska if they complete the dictates of their mother's will. Took me two trips to Nebraska and numerous phone calls to get things right--plus three years of writing.

Come say hello Saturday. If you don't have all of my books, you can get one there and then. An autographed first edition book grows in value, so besides reading it is an investment. Look forward to seeing you.
