It was exciting. The pilot invited me to sit in his seat, grab the controls and look at what he sees when the 727-900 is on the ground and in the air. My seat in first class was more comfortable. I could hardly get my size 13 shoes between the seat and power console. It was tight everywhere. And there were more buttons and switches than I could memorize in a lifetime, but it was an enjoyable feeling and I wanted you to see me before they gave me a pay check for flying the thing.
