Misko's THE CUT OF PRIDE reviewed in two magazines

The Cut of Pride, Jim Misko's latest novel about a young man, his conscience, and the crucible of living and working on a 1950's mink ranch in Oregon, was featured in two magazines in July. A full book review appeared in F Magazine in Anchorage, Alaska and an author profile was in La Quinta Life in La Quinta, California, Misko's winter home town.
The Alaska review was written by Lizzy Newell and the California profile by Ellen Paris, both excellent writers in their own right.
Course you can buy the whole damn book for the price of F Magazine, but there are a lot of other neat features in the magazine as well, so pick up a copy at B&N or La Bodega in Anchorage.
Meanwhile I just crossed the 100,000 word mark on my new novel AS ALL MY FATHERS WERE, which is scheduled for publication in November 2013. Hope I meet that schedule.
Enjoy summer. This is the last month of it in Alaska.
PS: If you have read some of my books and have any kind of opinion on them I would consider it an honor if you would spill your guts on my Amazon page. I'd like your real opinion, not something you think would make me feel good.
