Tens of thousands of bees die

As many as 50,000 bees died in Wilsonville, Oregon due to a pesticide sprayed on linden trees to control aphids. That report printed by The Oregonian newspaper in Portland.

The Department of Agriculture blamed the bee kill-off on the pesticide Safari.

Like poorly regulated whaling, drag-netting, and cod fishing--unless we stand by those species that belong to all of us, we shall see them depleted until their part of the balance of nature is reduced to nothing and balance is gone.

Do you believe balance in nature and in your life is important to a joyful existence?
